We have about 45 minutes of music all synced to thousands and thousands of lights that you’ll be able to take in from every corner of our upper parking lot. We won’t judge you if you feel like singing and dancing!

The Musical Light Show runs every night, rain or shine, from Black Friday (November 24th) to New Year’s Eve (December 31st) from 6-10pm each night.
The show features just under and hours worth of music and Christmas light choregraphy that plays on a loop throughout the evening and can be enjoyed from your car or by getting out and walking around our property.
What is the difference between the Light Show and the Main Event?
The musical light show runs every night from November 24th (Black Friday) to December 31st from 6-10pm each night. The main event includes the light show as well as all the other attractions listed above and is a can’t miss event of the Christmas season your whole family will love!
Is this a drive through light show?
The Musical Light show which plays on a loop every night during the Christmas season is best enjoyed by parking your car and taking it all in through our outdoor speakers or by getting out and walking around. Feel free to take pictures of our display and see it up close. Of course, if you’d like to just drive through our parking lot for a quick visit you are welcome to do just that.
How much does it cost?
Absolutely nothing! Both the light show and the main event are 100% free for the whole family!
What can I expect from the nightly performances?
During the main event (Friday December 8th, Saturday December 9th, and Sunday morning on December 10th) you will get a chance to experience a performance for the whole family! The 45 minute show will mix musical and dramatic presentations and will start at around 6:30 on Friday and Saturday and at 10:30 Sunday morning.
How much is your light bill?!
Actually not as high as you might think! With the magic of LED lighting we can run our entire light show with about as much power as it takes to run a hair dryer.
How many lights do you have?
We stopped counting after 130,000 but we know it’s a whole lot! We have lights everywhere we could put them and synced them all to “dance” to your favorite Christmas tunes.
Where are you located?
Nations Church is located at 8780 Macon Hwy in Athens, GA. We are right next to Molly’s Coffee and the Ridge apartments and across the street from Mama’s Boy at The Falls.
