Our very own fitness expert, CarolAnn, will be hosting a 90 minute health Bootcamp for our church in the gym starting at 9:30am to serve as a catalyst towards a healthier lifestyle in 2020. The price is $19 and covers 12 weeks of CarolAnn’s online health journey that includes weekly workouts, recipes, and more! The class will serve as a “get started” session and will include a health assessment and exercise demonstrations which will launch you into her online course.

Bring an exercise mat if you have one, water, a notebook and a pen!
